Security & data

How we handle your data.

AI projects touch sensitive information: customer records, financials, contracts. Here’s how we protect it, and what we can provide for your vendor review.

Your data stays yours

Client data is used only to deliver your engagement. We don’t sell it, share it with other clients, or use it to build products for anyone else.

Not used to train AI models

We use business services from AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Microsoft. Under their business and API terms, data sent through those services isn’t used to train their models by default.

Only the access each task needs

We work in your systems with the minimum access a task requires, through accounts you own and control wherever possible, so you can review or remove our access at any time.

A person approves what matters

The systems we build draft, sort and recommend. Anything with real consequences, like messages to customers or changes to financial records, goes to a person for approval unless you decide otherwise.

Documented and reversible

Every system is documented: what it does, what it can access and how to switch it off. Each launch includes testing, a security review and a plan to roll back.

When an engagement ends

We hand over documentation, remove our access, and return or delete your data as your contract specifies.

For your vendor review

Confidential by default.

We’re glad to sign your confidentiality agreement before you share details, and we keep client names private unless you give permission. During a formal evaluation we can complete your security questionnaire, work under your data protection terms, and arrange reference calls with current clients.

Information you share through this website, including the free assessment, is handled as described in our privacy notice.
